Our offer for you

After receiving your form, we will prepare for you:

  • Price offer (proforma invoice).
  • Payment terms and all necessary details.

Once you approve the offer, we get the green light for further cooperation:

  • Acceptance of the offer constitutes consent to the terms of cooperation and acceptance of the costs.
  • We require a 20% advance payment on your order.

Design stage

  • Design sent by you : Our graphic designer will translate it into Quest clothing templates and send it for approval.
  • Individual design : Our graphic designer will create a unique design according to your guidelines or propose his own version.
  • Design from Quest : If you choose a ready-made design, our graphic designer will send it for approval.

Note: If you decide not to include the "Quest" logo in the design, we will charge an additional fee of 10% of the order value.

Project acceptance

  • Changes to the design can be discussed by phone, but must always be confirmed in writing (email).
  • After receiving written approval of the project, we begin processing the order.

Order shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be delivered to you in the manner of your choice:

  • DPD courier (Poland) , UPS (abroad) – after paying for the entire order by bank transfer.
  • Payment on delivery – cash on delivery (higher delivery costs).
  • Personal collection – after payment or cash on delivery.
