Our offer for you

Once we receive your form, we will prepare for you:

  • A price quote (pro forma invoice).
  • Payment terms and all necessary details.

Once you approve the quote, we will have the green light to proceed with our cooperation:

  • Acceptance of the quote means agreement to the terms of cooperation and acceptance of the costs.
  • We require a 20% advance payment towards the order.

Design phase

  • Design submitted by you: Our graphic designer will transfer it to Quest apparel templates and send it for approval.
  • Custom design: Our graphic designer will create a unique design according to your guidelines or propose their own version.
  • Design by Quest: If you choose a ready-made design, our graphic designer will send it for approval.

Note: If you choose not to include the "Quest" logo in the design, an additional fee of 10% of the order value will be charged.

Project approval

  • Design changes can be discussed over the phone, but must always be confirmed in writing (via email).
  • Once we receive written approval of the design, we will begin fulfilling the order.

Order shipment

Once production is complete, your order will be delivered to you using your preferred method:

  • DPD courier (Poland), UPS (international) – after full payment of the order by bank transfer.
  • Payment on delivery – cash on delivery (higher delivery cost).
  • Personal pickup – after payment has been settled or in cash upon pickup.
