The Quest TOCA vest is an ultralight, technical protective layer designed for demanding cyclists. Its compact design and Race Fit ensure a snug fit, providing aerodynamic wind protection without unnecessary bulk.
This is version 2.0 – improved in design for even better functionality, comfort and stable fit in every position on the bike.
Technical fabric – Swiss quality
The front and arms are made of advanced Swiss Omega membrane material (100 g/m², 100% polyester), which:

effectively blocks the wind , providing protection in difficult conditions,

has high water vapor permeability (25,000 g/m²/24h) – wicks away sweat, protecting against overheating,

is abrasion resistant (9kPa) and durable for years,

offers adjustable air permeability (40–160 l/m²/s) , allowing the vest to “breathe” when you accelerate.
The back is made of breathable mesh , which improves ventilation and riding comfort even during intense training.

Returns
We know that sometimes you need to return something, so we give you 14 days from receipt to do so. Simply complete a simple form and return the item, securely packaged, to our address.

- Preparing clothes:
- Before putting clothes in the washing machine, make sure there are no clothes with Velcro, sharp parts or objects in the drum that could damage the clothes.
- Empty pockets and fasten them before washing.
- The strings should be tied and the zippers fastened.
- Type of detergents:
- If the garment has a membrane, use only detergents designed for technical clothing.
- When possible, choose hand washing, especially for delicate clothes.
- For light stains, do not use detergents or fabric softeners.
- Wash settings:
- Wash on a delicate cycle to maintain the elasticity of the materials.
- Maximum washing temperature: 40°C.
- Always wash with similar colors, turning garments inside out.
- If a protective bag is included, always use it when washing.
- After washing:
- Avoid tumble drying.
- Do not iron, dry clean, chlorinate or bleach our clothing.
- We recommend running the washing machine empty from time to time to clean it of any detergent residue.
