We ship your order quickly and hassle-free. Depending on the method you choose, your parcel will arrive within 2-5 business days. In our store, you can choose parcel locker, courier, or weekend delivery—always for your convenience.

We treat each order individually, and if a product is temporarily unavailable, we'll immediately inform you of the estimated delivery time. Regardless of how many items you add to your cart, you only pay one shipping fee.

Returns

We know that sometimes you need to return something, so we give you 14 days from receipt to do so. Simply complete a simple form and return the item, securely packaged, to our address.

Returned items must be in undamaged, resalable condition. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used. If you prefer a different method, simply let us know.

Important! Read before washing:

2. Before putting clothes in the washing machine, make sure there are no clothes with Velcro, sharp parts or objects in the drum that could damage the clothes.
   
3. Empty pockets and fasten them before washing.
   
4. The strings should be tied and the zippers fastened.
   
5. Type of detergents:
   
6. If the garment has a membrane, use only detergents designed for technical clothing.
   
7. When possible, choose hand washing, especially for delicate clothes.
   
8. For light stains, do not use detergents or fabric softeners.
   
9. Wash settings:
   
10. Wash on a delicate cycle to maintain the elasticity of the materials.
    
11. Maximum washing temperature: 40°C.
    
12. Always wash with similar colors, turning garments inside out.
    
13. If a protective bag is included, always use it when washing.
    
14. After washing:
    
15. Avoid tumble drying.
    
16. Do not iron, dry clean, chlorinate or bleach our clothing.
    
17. We recommend running the washing machine empty from time to time to clean it of any detergent residue.
