Kieszonki w koszulkach, kamizelkach i bluzach kolarskich – co warto w nich mieć, a czego lepiej unikać?

Kieszonki w koszulkach, kamizelkach i bluzach kolarskich – co warto w nich mieć, a czego lepiej unikać?

on Jan 26 2026
Kieszonki w kolarskiej odzieży to mały detal, który w praktyce robi ogromną różnicę. Dobrze spakowane potrafią uratować trening, długą wycieczkę albo start w zawodach. Źle wykorzystane – potrafią irytować, przeszkadzać w jeździe i psuć komfort.

Najlepsze kierunki w Europie poza szczytem sezonu.

on Jan 26 2026
Kolarstwo i podróżowanie to duet idealny – szczególnie poza sezonem. Zimą i wczesną wiosną wiele europejskich regionów oferuje świetne warunki do jazdy, mniej turystów i bardziej przystępne ceny. To najlepszy moment, by zwiedzać Europę z perspektywy siodełka – bez pośpiechu, tłumów i letnich upałów.

Gifts, Holidays, or ideas for Christmas 2025...

on Dec 10 2025
Cyclist holidays have their own rules. You won't find socks under the Christmas tree (unless the socks are made of windbreaker), perfume (unless they smell of grease), or a book (unless it's a catalog of new components). A cyclist has only one dream: This year, Santa Claus won't be riding in a sleigh, but rather on a gravel bike. Because, as we all know, it's easier to get through the snows of the north on thick tires. So what can you put under the Christmas tree to not only make him happy, but also avoid suspicions of training sabotage? The water bottle – because the previous one had already been lost in the laundry three times, and once it even betrayed its owner by going on a trip with someone else. Leather gloves? No. Quest gloves? YES. They're the difference between elegance and a 120-kilometer winter loop. These Latte gloves are breaking records. A bike light – preferably one that blinds even the memory of dusk. Cycling socks —because those are the only socks a cyclist treats as sacred. Preferably these white Aero socks from Quest called Do It. A multitool is like a Boy Scout's pocket knife, but for an adult who claims to be able to fix anything... as long as it's in 6mm Allen format. And if you don't know what to choose, you can be sure of one thing: Any gift that reduces the weight of the bike or increases the weight of the cyclist's ego will be a hit. After all, the holidays are a time of magic. And is there anything more magical than the sight of a cyclist unpacking a new pair of carbon pedals and looking like Santa just showed them the Stelvio shortcut?

Coffee on the road – why is it worth drinking during cycling adventures?

on Nov 25 2025
Cycling and coffee are a pair that work better than you might think. Rides through iconic locations take on a new dimension when you can stop for a moment at your favorite café. The aroma of freshly ground coffee, a delicious cappuccino, or a flat white – these are small pleasures that energize and make the route even more delicious. Meeting other cyclists over coffee is not only an opportunity to exchange routes and tips, but also to meet people who share the same passion. And by the way? Photos worthy of a Vogue cover – café interiors, charming tables, and bikes parked in the background – make an impression not only on Instagram but also in the memory. So next time you get on your bike, plan a quick coffee break. It's not just about flavor and energy, but also about moments that stay with you forever.

"What to do to have the wind at your back (spoiler: nothing)" - Cyclist in the Karkonosze Mountains

on Nov 19 2025
In the Karkonosze Mountains, the wind has a personality. And a… dominant one at that. He doesn't care that you have a training session planned, that you want to beat a segment, that today was supposed to be "easy". It blows however it wants. From whichever direction it wants. And usually straight to the forehead . And that's why this guide was created. Although I warn you: nothing will save you . But at least you can look and feel like you're in control. 1. Stop believing in magical wind directions Madejski says: "A tailwind is like a unicorn. Everyone talks about it, but no one has seen it." In the Karkonosze Mountains the following rule applies: Every wind will hit your face sooner or later . Because mountains have their own laws of physics—usually against you. 2. When it's windy, slow down... or pretend it's supposed to be that way The worst thing you can do is fight the hurricane of ambition. Instead: – set lower position – take the blow on the chest – tell yourself that “this is power training, not speed training.” It works. Mentally. Physically — not necessarily. 3. Learn to judge the wind by… squirrels In the Karkonosze Mountains, the best barometers are not flags or forecasts. Squirrels are the best. If they jump on trees lightly, it will be difficult. If they are sitting down and keeping their noses down, get home before they knock you down. 4. Wind speed increases with height and… your ego The more you try to show that "nothing can break you," the harder the wind starts to blow. The Karkonosze Mountains feel it. Madejski claims that mountains have a built-in ego sensor. And it's hard to deny he's right. 5. Okay, you can't change the wind - but you can change your clothes And here she enters the scene: Quest Elements Jacket Why does everyone like her? because the wind and rain bounce off it as if it were a rock , because it is light and spacious - it will fit even when everything else in the pockets can barely be zipped up, because in the Karkonosze Mountains there is nothing more certain than that the weather will surprise you , and this jacket is simply third party liability insurance against weather surprises. Will it stop the wind? NO. Will it make you stop feeling his malice? A bit like this. 6. Or maybe turn back? NO. A cyclist from the Karkonosze Mountains does not turn back because of the wind. At most, he stops for a candy bar and looks at the sky, negotiating with higher powers. Golden thought... “You can't have the wind at your back. But you can make sure he doesn't give you crap." The Elements jacket helps with the second.

"How not to get lost on the trail (even though you'll get lost anyway)" - a guide to the Karkonosze Mountains

on Nov 19 2025
The Karkonosze Mountains are one of those places where a cyclist can feel absolute delight… and absolute disorientation. Postcard-perfect views, dream-like routes – and at the same time, a mountain labyrinth in which even the most experienced competitor can suddenly see the map as if it were hieroglyphs. That's why today: A guide to the Karkonosze Mountains – how not to get lost (even though it will happen to you anyway) . 1. Have a map. And a plan B. The Karkonosze Mountains change faster than the weather in March. Trail closed, detour, repairs, GPS loses signal - a classic. The mountaineers say: "A paper map has never run out of charge on a climb." 2. Don't blindly trust the labels The red trail is sometimes red, and sometimes it is… a faded orange. It also happens that it drives differently than yesterday. In the Karkonosze Mountains the following rule applies: Markings are an aid, not absolute truth. **3. If the view is too beautiful, check if it's really your route It sounds absurd, but anyone who has driven in the Karkonosze Mountains knows: when it suddenly becomes too nice , there is an 80% chance that you are already 3 km beyond the plan. 4. Weather – the biggest troublemaker The fog turns on like a teleport: in a second. The wind can pull you out of a curve. And horizontal rain is standard above 1200 m. "In the Karkonosze Mountains, always be ready for a change – preferably in every direction at once." 5. The locals will help… but in their own way You ask, which is the best way? And you hear: "Behind the forest, turn left, then straight, and then you'll see." Well, you'll see. But most often it's something different than you intended. 6. Ride with someone who knows the area And preferably with someone who knows the area… and can admit that they just got lost again . Because in the Karkonosze Mountains even the best take the map out of their pockets "just to be sure". 7. Getting lost is part of the adventure An extra kilometer? Additional driveway? An extra hour in the mountains? This isn't a mistake - it's a bonus. As a famous highlander says: "The Karkonosze Mountains reward those who have time and patience." Golden thought... “In the Karkonosze Mountains it's not about sticking to the route perfectly. The point is to come back with a better story than you planned.”
„Jak boli, to rośnie” – kolarska filozofia każdego wariata"

"When it hurts, it grows" - every madman's cycling philosophy

on Nov 19 2025
Some cyclists have their rituals. Others have their lucky socks. Our Master, however, has his own, absolutely invaluable training principle, which he repeats more often than "good morning": "When it hurts, it grows." This is not an ordinary saying. It's a lifestyle. It's a mentality. This is the translation for all those who ask: "Łukasz, why are you struggling so much?" Does it hurt? It means something is wrong. Every cyclist knows this moment: your legs are burning, your heart rate is soaring into the stratosphere, and the driveway in front of you looks like a wall. Then most of us choose one of two options: we slow down, we pray that it will be down already. Our friend chooses the third one: he puts "M" in his head for Marathon and tightens it. Because in his world, pain is not an obstacle — it is information: "Hey man, you're getting in shape!" Why does this rule work? Because it combines the three best elements of cycling psychology: 1. Pain = stimulus When the body is challenged, it adapts. Higher lactate threshold. Greater tolerance to fatigue. Stronger legs. Yes, all this just when it hurts. 2. The head does the work Łukasz rides a lot, hard and… without panties (but you already know that ) :D . He also knows that the most important muscles in cycling are hidden—in the head. When your mind says, "You can do it," your legs just keep going. 3. Satisfaction after all That moment when you finish a climb that you wanted to turn back from 3 times along the way? This is cycling gold. And Łukasz lives for these moments. "When it hurts, it grows" in practice according to Łukasz  Uphill? Fasten the last 200m.  Interval? If you have the strength to say "I can't do it," then you can.  After-work workout? 30 minutes is also increasing.  Crisis during a marathon? Decide it's not a crisis, but an adaptation. And if you ask Łukasz where this philosophy comes from, he will answer with a smile: "Because it can't be otherwise." Is pain a goal? Of course not. The goal is development , and pain is information that you are taking a step towards better shape. And although each of us has our own limit, our own pace and our own boundaries — Łukasz reminds us that the greatest changes happen not when things are easy, but when… when there is a slight burning sensation in the legs. Golden thought... "If it hurts, it grows. If it doesn't hurt... then go harder."

Kacper Stępniak and QUEST Platinum – new season, new passion How is an athlete born? In Kacper Stępniak's case, the answer is simple: passion, determination, and the support of his loved ones. His adventure with sports began in childhood, when he first watched his father train and played in the sandbox next to the track. It was there that a love of exercise was born, which transformed into a lifelong journey as a triathlete. From swimming in his 6 a.m. morning training sessions, through running and cycling, to competing in triathlons, Kacper has consistently built his career. With the support of his family and professional coaches like Piotr Netter and Olympic medalist Jan Rehula, he has reached a level that allows him to compete in demanding competitions at the highest level. Season 2026 – triathlon with Platinum For the upcoming season, Kacper chose Platinum triathlon suits from QUEST. Why this line? Because it combines innovative materials, ergonomics, and top-notch technology—exactly what a professional triathlete needs. The most important features of Kacper Stępniak's Platinum outfits: Innovative material composition – 7 carefully selected fabrics provide the perfect balance between comfort, performance and durability. Aerodynamic design – every element is designed to reduce air resistance while swimming, riding and running. Advanced moisture-wicking technology – skin stays dry even in the most demanding conditions. Ergonomic fit (RACE FIT) – adheres to the body without restricting movement; flat seams eliminate the risk of chafing. Muscle support – compression panels reduce fatigue and minimize the risk of injury. Energy gel pockets – discreet, yet spacious, for easy access during the race. UV protection – effective during long starts in full sun. Why Platinum? For Kacper, as for every athlete, it's not just the look of the outfit that matters, but above all, its functionality . Platinum suits enable the body to fully utilize its potential, provide comfort during long hours of training and racing, and protect against harsh weather conditions. This is clothing that supports the athlete at every stage of the triathlon – from the first meters of swimming, through kilometers on the bike, to the final run. The road that lasts Kacper Stępniak's story is proof that passion, hard work, and the right support make an athlete. The 2026 season will be the next step in his career – and QUEST Platinum will be with him every kilometer. These aren't just uniforms. They're a tool for winning, comfort, and realizing your full potential—just like Kacper pursues his passion in triathlon.

Why choose a Polish partner? – quality, responsibility, and local support In the age of globalization, it's easy to forget that the best partnerships are forged close to home. By choosing a Polish manufacturer of cycling, sports, or team clothing, you gain much more than just a finished product. 1. Social co-responsibility By collaborating with a local partner, you support the Polish economy and jobs. Our factories ensure ethical working conditions, fair wages, and the development of local communities. Every product that reaches your team or store is the result of the work of people who take pride in what they do. It's not just clothing—it's added value and a conscious, socially responsible choice. 2. Excellent quality and modern technologies Polish factories, including ours, utilize the latest technologies and the highest-quality materials. This ensures our products meet the standards of the world's best brands, and often exceed them in terms of fit, durability, and ergonomics. Every seam, every cuff, and every panel of fabric is tested in real-world conditions, ensuring customers receive a product that truly performs. 3. Competitive prices and flexible conditions Local production means lower transportation costs, no customs duties, and greater control over the manufacturing process. This allows us to offer competitive prices without compromising quality. Our flexible approach to orders allows for customization of quantities, colors, and team personalization, even at short notice. 4. Fast delivery times and full control over the process When you work with a local manufacturer, you don't have to worry about weeks of waiting from the other side of the world. Delivery times are shorter, and control over every stage of production—from design to materials to the finished product—is much easier. Furthermore, the opportunity to meet at the factory and witness the production process provides a sense of security and real influence on the final product. 5. A partner who understands the local market and customer needs The Polish manufacturer understands the realities of the market and the specifics of local teams, teams, and clubs. It can respond more quickly to design changes, advise on materials and cuts, and support clients in creating personalized teamwear or limited editions. Summary: A Choice That Matters By choosing a Polish partner, you gain not only a high-quality product but also a partnership based on trust, responsibility, and genuine collaboration. This means fast turnaround times, flexible solutions, support for the local economy, and the opportunity to participate in the production process. In short: a good product starts with a good partner – and the best results are achieved when the partner is close, responsible and professional.

Your Stelvio - Your Adventure Just as the Stelvio climb is a challenge for every cyclist, the Stelvio pants become their best companion. They protect against cold, rain, and wind, adapt to the body, and ensure that nothing will hinder your concentration and power.

Cooperation with MAT Atom Developer for 2026

on Nov 18 2025
Another year, the same passion: QUEST extends its cooperation with MAT Atom Deweloper Wrocław for the 2026 season In the world of sports, there are partnerships that go far beyond typical sponsorship. There are relationships based on trust, shared goals, and the belief that both parties strive for the same goal—creating the best possible conditions for athlete development and building a cycling future. This is precisely the kind of collaboration that unites us with MAT Atom Deweloper Wrocław , one of the most recognizable and successful cycling teams in Poland. That's why we're proud to announce that QUEST remains the official partner and sponsor of team clothing also in the 2026 season . Together for years - and stronger every year MAT Atom Deweloper Wrocław is a team that has proven for years that consistent work, professionalism, and the courage to take on challenges bring tangible results. Their approach is consistent with ours: continuous product improvement, technology supported by real-world testing, and meticulous attention to detail. Our apparel is put to the most demanding tests by female athletes every day—training sessions, training camps, and competitions in Poland and abroad. Thanks to these tests, we know what works perfectly, what can be improved, and which solutions have a real impact on athletic performance. Season 2026 - new design, new technologies, same values For the upcoming season, we are preparing a complete set of racing and training apparel for the team, based on the latest materials and cuts from our 2026 collection. Every item has been designed with intensive use in mind – from aerodynamic race jerseys, through lightweight jackets, to advanced compression shorts. The common goal is one thing: give the riders the best so they can focus on what matters most to them – racing. Why is this cooperation so important to us? Because MAT Atom Deweloper Wrocław is a team that inspires. Because their professionalism and approach to sport perfectly reflect the values that have been building the QUEST brand for years. Because thanks to their comments, tests and experience, we develop products that are then distributed to the wider cycling community. This is not a “logo on a T-shirt” collaboration. It's a real, everyday relationship where every workout, every race, and every opinion matters. We look to the future - together We believe the 2026 season will bring the team even more sporting success, and provide us with further inspiration to create even better apparel. We're grateful that QUEST can accompany them every mile. Another year with MAT Atom Developer Wrocław ? Yes – and we are proud of it. And the best is yet to come.
