From Project to Start: Why Your Team Needs Dedicated Apparel for HYROX Competitions?
on Mar 26 2026
HYROX is not just another fitness competition. It's 8 kilometers of running interspersed with 8 functional training stations that push the body (and equipment) to its maximum potential. There's no room here for random cotton or loose cuts that hinder weighted lunges.
At Quest Sport, we design custom team apparel created with the specifics of Race Day in mind. From the first line of design to the final stitch – performance is paramount.
Technology for "hybrid" performance
Unlike classic gym wear, HYROX outfits must cope with two extremes: intense running and static strength.
Thermal management: During 60-90 minutes of extreme exertion in an indoor arena, ventilation is crucial. We use lightweight, technical fabrics that rapidly wick away sweat, preventing the "heavy, wet shirt" effect.
Compression and cut: Our fitness shirts and shorts are designed to support muscles without restricting range of motion. Whether you're doing Burpee Broad Jumps or battling on the Sled Push, the apparel stays in place.
Friction resistance: Contact with Sandbags and dynamic movements on ergometers test the material. We choose pilling-resistant weaves so your team kit endures not only the competition but also hundreds of hours of preparatory training.
Full customization: Build your team's identity
HYROX is a spectacle. Visibility on the course and a consistent team look are not just about aesthetics but also about sports psychology. Uniform custom sports apparel builds morale and makes it easier to find your partner (doubles) in a crowd of competitors.
In collaboration with Quest, you receive:
Individual graphic design: We don't print on ready-made templates. We design graphics that permeate the fabric structure (sublimation), ensuring colors remain vibrant, and prints don't crack or restrict breathability.
Unlimited logos: Your logo, sponsor logos, or athlete nicknames – all included in one design price.
Tailored fit: We offer men's and women's cuts, considering the anatomy of endurance-strength athletes.
Tested in the "pain cave"
Our production in Poland allows for rapid prototyping and testing. We collaborate with athletes who test our apparel in real competition conditions. We know that an underarm seam cannot chafe during SkiErg work, and shorts must have an appropriate rise to prevent slipping during Wall Balls.
Design that sets your BOX or Team apart
HYROX is about modernity and dynamism. Our graphic design studio follows trends in global fitness, offering designs that attract the attention of photographers and fans. We create outfits in which athletes feel confident – from the moment they enter for warm-up until they cross the finish line with a new personal best.
Is your team ready to start?
If you're planning to compete in the upcoming HYROX season and want your team to look professional and use pro-level apparel – we're ready.

Pockets in cycling clothing are a small detail that makes a huge difference in practice. When properly packed, they can save a training session, a long trip, or a competition. When used incorrectly, they can be irritating, disruptive, and detrimental to comfort. So what's worth carrying in them, and what's better left at home?
What is worth having in your pockets?
The basics are food – bars, energy gels, or dried fruit. Ideally, something that's easy to reach with one hand. Another must-have is your phone , tucked into a central or zippered pocket, preferably in an additional case that protects against sweat and rain.
It's also worth carrying a small pump or CO₂ cartridges , an inner tube , and tire levers , especially on longer trips. On colder days, a lightweight vest or arm warmers that can be quickly removed and stowed away without stopping are great. Keys (preferably on a small carabiner) and tissues or a small buff are also useful.
What is better not to wear?
Avoid heavy and rigid items that might bump against your back or cause discomfort – it's best to leave large power banks, wallets, or workshop-grade tool kits in your saddlebag or car. Loose items that could fall out on bumps are also a bad idea.
It's also a good idea not to overload the pockets – too much weight causes the shirt or sweatshirt to sag and the material loses its properties. Comfort and aerodynamics quickly suffer.
Pockets adapted to the season
In summer, lightness and accessibility are key; in winter, safety and stability are key. That's why zippered pockets are becoming increasingly common in cycling vests and jerseys, perfect for challenging conditions.
Well-packed pockets mean less stress on the trail and more pure riding pleasure. After all, cycling is about having everything at hand—and nothing unnecessarily weighing you down.
